Week 2

So week two and we are back at the doctor. This time it's because Meredith has reflux which is no fun, but hopefully the medicine will soon alleviate some of her pain. It was fun finding out how big she is. On 6/29 she weighed 9lbs 4oz and as you can see from the picture she's working on multiple chins. We haven't been taking many pics this week because her face was broken out with a really bad case of baby acne. Hopefully more pics to come in the near future.

Father's Day

On Father's Day, Dan got his first picture taken with his 3 kiddos! The boys already absolutely love their daddy and Meredith will soon follow suit. The boys gave Dan each a card because they couldn't agree on one. Hudson picked Ironman and Cameron picked Spiderman. Obviously they think their dad is a superhero. The kids also gave their daddy a picture book of their memories with him from the past year. Now to start making many more wonderful memories with one of the best dad's ever!

Week 1

So the boys absolutely love their baby sister. Sure hope the lovefest continues for the rest of their lives, but I'm sure that's wishful thinking. When we took her for her 1 week check up she weighed 7 lbs 10 oz which is the 45% and meausured 20 1/4 in which is the 7o%. She's growing fast and starting to fill out. She becomes more alert all the time!

She's Here!

Everything went well and Meredith arrived around 8 this morning. She weighed 7 lbs 8 oz and was 19 3/4 inches long. She has some hair and it's medium brown. Her eyes are blue. So far she's a really good baby. She slept the entire time the boys were here and they were making a ton of noise. The boys were kind of stand-offish at first, but then warmed up to her. More pics to come, but here's one until then.

Waiting Game

I never thought I'd make it to June, but here we are and I'm still pregnant. Meredith obviously has a stubborn streak. She's also being a little difficult being turned in the wrong position in all causing me some discomfort. So since she's not coming on her own, she'll be here on Friday morning. I'm excited about her coming and not being pregnant, but nervous about life with 3 kids. Ought to be interesting!

Memorial Day Weekend

Even though we had no AC, we still had company come into see us. Aunt Jenna and Uncle Jacob came to see us even though the AC wasn't fixed exactly right. Gotta love family that will sweat it out with you. On Sunday we went to church and out to eat. On Monday we went up to Highland Village to shop, play and eat. The boys got to play in the fountains. Cameron was the brave and adventurous one this time, running through and stepping on the spouts. Hudson was scared to do it because he doesn't like surprises. We all had fun watching them. Cameron and Hudson loved having company and were sad to see their family go.

I've been meaning to upload these post before now and I promise I will add pictures later, but I can't because we have no AC. Hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow after going almost a whole week without it working properly. So once it's working, I'll get my other computer up and running and add pics. We are trying to not run anything that gives off heat so no pics for now. Sorry!
