No Pics for now =(

I've been meaning to upload these post before now and I promise I will add pictures later, but I can't because we have no AC. Hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow after going almost a whole week without it working properly. So once it's working, I'll get my other computer up and running and add pics. We are trying to not run anything that gives off heat so no pics for now. Sorry!

Wet Dogs

The boys begged me all day yesterday to play outside and told them that they had to wait til Dad got home. It's getting a little hot for me to be outside too long. After dinner we went to play in the backyard. Cameron and I cleaned the sand table up enough that we could fill one side with water. Hudson immediately starting splashing. He was soaked from his armpits down to his toes. The two of them had so much fun playing in the water and sand and then chasing each other around the yard. When it was time to come in, the two of them smelt like wet dogs. It was a good thing it was a bath night.

Playtime at the Mall

Since Hudson was doing so good with his potty training, we ventured out of the house. We went to the mall to pick up a couple things and then played in the play area. Hudson has no fear of anything. He would climb on top of the hill and just fall off and slide off head first. A nice little grandma that was there came over to check on him. Of course he wasn't hurt, he was laughing. I had to explain to him that he was a little dare devil. Cameron and Hudson had so much fun being able to finally get out of the house to play.

Potty Training!

Hudson is officially a big boy. He is potty trained. Of course he still wears a pull up at night and naptime. I'm still not brave enough to take him out in public in underwear, but he's doing a great job staying dry at home. In the beginning we had to do a lot of bribing. Buzz stuff is what magically worked for him and made it click. It did take a little longer than Cameron, but Hudson is also only about 23 months so he's done great for his age! So proud of him for being potty trained before Meredith got here.

Thinking Pink!

Today, Cheryl gave me a shower for Meredith with a bunch of other girls from church at a place called Swirl Bakery. The place was so cute and the desserts were delicious. Meredith got so many goodies. She got lots of diapers and wipes. The dresses and sleepers and onesies she got were adorable. I can't wait to see her in them. She even got some fun toys too that the boys immediately wanted to play with. Thanks for everyone who gave Meredith something and came to the shower.

Aunt Jenny and Cousin Emma's Trip to Dallas

Jenny and Emma came to Dallas to hang out and see family. Cameron was so excited to see his cousin. We attempted to get a picture done of the three of them without any success. So after that we went to the park and we had the whole place to ourselves. They all had so much fun sliding and playing together. We left right before it started raining to get a bite to eat and then headed back to the house for naps.

On Saturday, Jenny and Emma spent the day with more family while we spent the day together as a family. The boys had a great time playing with their daddy in the backyard.

On Sunday, we all went to church together. The kids had so much fun getting to all go to Bible class together. After church we went to Mimi's to eat. The kids had a blast getting to eat lunch together. It gave me an idea of what it will be like with 3 kids. We all said our goodbyes and Jenny and Emma drove back to Houston. Cameron was very sad to see Emma go. He was hoping she'd come back next weekend.
